Replacement Faulty Items
If you believe the goods we have supplied to you are faulty, you should contact us within 7 days of receipt prior to return of the item together with a note, explaining what you believe to be the problem along with your name address and order number. When we receive the item, we will investigate the fault and contact you to agree the most appropriate resolution.
Partyloon cannot be held responsible for items not received.
Non Faulty Returns If you wish to cancel your order before dispatch a full refund will be given please call our order line 01455 285215 or you can notify us by email firstname.lastname@example.org.

Goods can be returned to us for any reason at any time within 7 days of receipt for a product refund or exchange (less a 10% handling fee & shipping). The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a product refund of the amount paid (less a 10% handling fee & shipping) or an exchange credit as required.
The rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances: -
If it is evident the product has been used, or is missing the original packing or the original packaging has been damaged. This includes header cards being folded. If the costume should smell of perfume or cigarette smoke. The costume must be returned to us in the condition it was despatched and in a resale able condition.
If your item should fall outside our returns policy it will be held by Partyloon for a period of 30 days in which time the customer can arrange collection or make payment for redelivery, If we have not heard from you within this time the items will be destroyed.
If attempted delivery has been made and the items are returned to the warehouse all charges shall be borne by the customer. We are charged a return carriage by the courier.

(This also applies to outfits/costumes that have any of the above items included in the pack)

No refund or exchange available on sale items.
Halloween goods cannot be returned for a refund after 31st October and Christmas lines cannot be returned after 25th December
