We endeavour to despatch all orders placed by 2.30pm that same day. Your order will then arrive within the chosen delivery period. In times of peak business such as Halloween & Christmas despatch may take an extra day or two.

Do you have a SIZE CHART?
Suppliers design fancy dress costumes to cover a multiple of sizes by including elastic seams & stretch fabric. Our advice would be to order the next size up as it's easier to alter a costume rather than it being too tight. We know just how frustrating it is to buy a costume and it not fit properly for guide measurements of costumes please see our size chart

What are the washing instructions?
We recommend that all fancy dress clothing is dry cleaned only, due the material and trimmings of many items. Unfortunately we will not be able to remedy any faults arising from any machine wash cycle irrespective of the manufacturer's instructions within the garment or packaging.

How do I know if the item is in stock?
Simply browse our on line catalogue and add the desired items to your basket. If you can add it to your basket the item is in stock.
